As I looked around my home and then office for inspiration when naming this blog it was apparent that the people and places I find inspiring are spirited and possess an authentic style. The essence of this blog is to celebrate the freedom that comes with knowing who we are. Those who have captured their own essence inspire, contribute and enrich. They live in the moment, aren't overly fussed by outcomes and are a joy to be around. They may be gorgeously nerdy, robust and rotund, determined and dedicated, creative and focused. Whoever they have chosen to be they are true to their sense of selves, courageous enough to live by their values and confident enough to have settled in to their own skin. They know what they have to offer others and often excel at living authentically and successfully.
